First Lovely Accolade

“Although I am used to speaking publicly, I was never fully comfortable with the sound of my own voice. My intention for the time spent with Rebecca was to “make friends” with the sound of my voice.

Rebecca was very welcoming and reassuring, she created a safe space for us to relax into and to allow deeper exploration of self.

The program of the workshop was very well thought through, Rebecca has a solid knowledge and experience as a singing teacher combined with am amazing intuition, which she was using to guide us through the journey to find our authentic, deep rooted voice.

I have found a place where I felt very comfortable with my voice and that was a very liberating and powerful experience. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who has uneasy relationship with their voice.”

“The workshop definitely boosted my confidence, the end was great when we did exercises running on the spot and even sharing how I felt in a confidential space was really nice, the breath work helped me to be more grounded. I loved the kazoo and the straw work it really helps with my stomach relaxing and my chest releasing the tightness.” – Ray Heart – Singer

and another one!

I found this workshop really informative and inspiring. I hadn’t realised that I try and hide my height and even though I’mm used to speaking as part of my previous job, how much the threat of judgement colours how I act. I will take what I’ve learnt and aim to take up more space and start working on separation between my job and persona and myself.

Final – for now – lovely review

It’s hard to put into words what this workshop gave me, but it was really powerful. I would honestly recommend it to anyone who struggles with speaking up, confidence, or feeling able to express themselves and use their voice.

What mattered most to me was how safe the space felt. Safety is huge for me ,if I don’t feel safe, I can’t open up,and I felt completely safe here.

Rebecca has a really special way of holding the space: she’s warm, caring and very grounded, while also being incredibly knowledgeable and professional.

She works intuitively with each person, meeting you exactly where you are, and because of that I got far more than I expected from the day. It was so much more than voice work. It was about breath, body, sound, and the connection between them, in a way that felt gentle but deeply meaningful.

It’s one of those experiences that’s hard to explain because it works on a level beyond words, you really have to experience it. I left feeling shifted, in a really good way. I would genuinely describe it as transformational, and that’s coming from someone who has been to many workshops over the years x
